The Burrowing Owl as a interesting self guided tour of their process of making wines. They store their wines in underground caves to maintain proper humidty and temperature. Also on site was a resturant as well but we never had time to try the meals, again it smelled wonderful.

Nk'IMP winery was the only native owned and run winery and as you can see in the photos of the wood canoe with metal figures in action.
