Something we stopped to see was a nice little waterfall on our way to Penticton. It was a little expensive in our opinion for what you get to see but nonetheless it was a nice small suspension bridge over a small waterfall. Worth a look if you need a break from driving.

A quick stop at this coal mining town on the edge of Alberta, the worlds largest truck on display. The Burrowing Owl as a interesting self guided tour of their process of making wines. They store their wines in underground caves to maintain proper humidty and temperature. Also on site was a resturant as well but we never had time to try the meals, again it smelled wonderful.

Considered to be one of the worlds best zoo's, therefore we spent a afternoon touring this landmark. It boasts about 320 differenet species of animals and birds. All animals are taken care of with great care and they try to provide a comfortable living enviroment.
